Lg - Life's Good. Well I can only agree that for Lg, life is getting better and better and their latest foray into integrated Web Tv is great.
It offers an energy-saving Led backlighting, 1080p Full Hd resolution and TruMotion 120Hz technology which is great as to the naked eye wholly eradicates petition blur.
This means that the 42-inch Lg 42Le5400 Led Lcd Hdtv is great for watching sports and fast operation movies all down to its 2.6 millisecond response time.
There's also two Usb ports for connecting external drives for playing back Mp3 audio, Jpeg photo and DivX Hd video files, stereo speakers with 20 watts of power and Dolby Digital decoding, and four Hdmi inputs.
On the display front it also delivers deep blacks and crisp images to rival any in its display class with an expected 4,000,000:1 dynamic variation ratio. I'm currently using it in a (very) enchanting living room and Led is enchanting enough to watch with no qoute at all.
The integrated NetCast, you get entrance to Tv shows, movies and more, streamed directly from the Internet to your television screen.
On this point at first achieving an internet association took me a few moments but was resolved swiftly by restarting my router in order that the Tv could get its Ip address.
I also had to press 'netcast' or 'widgets' on the remote for the firmware update to trigger but it was at that point that the Tv automatically sought out the most new update.
Once I was up and running the Internet apps are pretty good. The Tv connects to Netflix, Vudu, YouTube and other Internet video. There are also the usual range of Yahoo! "widgets" that like tell you the weather and check stock prices. They seem relatively useless.
Overall it's a beautiful seeing Tv even when off. It's so impossibly thin it compliments my living room and doesn't stick out like a sore thumb and probably the best panel Tv in its price range.
